为弘扬师德师风,促进师德修养,提升班主任队伍综合素质和专业能力,近日,江宁区中小学2019年“家校合作,携手共育”教育故事演讲比赛湖熟片复赛在南京外国语学校方山分校科技高中阶梯教室举行。市、区部分德育带头人,辖区6所学校的参赛老师以及南京外国语学校方山分校周世东书记、宋长杰副校长参加了活动。
The 2019 Hushu moral education research section “educational story” speech contest for primary and middle schools in Jiangning was held in NFLSFC’s Science High School lecture theatre. The topic of this year’s speeches was “schools and families working together, growing together”. The event was held to further develop teacher’s moral consciousness and self-cultivation, and enhance the comprehensive quality and professional skills of homeroom teachers. Various leaders in the field of moral education from Nanjing and Jiangning, teachers from six different Jiangning schools, Secretary Zhou Shidong and Vice Principal Song Changjie attended the event.

The homeroom teachers draw lots to decide which order to give their speeches in.
在比赛现场,6位班主任声情并茂地诉说着教育中的感人故事,用责任与担当表达了教师对学生的爱。一个个鲜活的案例,源于班级管理中与学生的互动交流;一个个生动的教育故事,渗透着班主任老师工作中的喜怒哀乐。
During the speech contest, six homeroom teachers told touching stories about education. The participants showed how much they care for the students, by expressing how much they help and are responsible for their students. During their speeches, the homeroom teachers shared their own personal experiences with students and classroom management techniques. The speeches brought light to the ups and downs of being a homeroom teacher.

Ms. Qi shares the story - Children from special families: how to seek home-school cooperation to promote education with earnestness, love, and persistence.
王凡老师带来《携手同行,呵护成长》的分享
Ms. Wang shares the story - Going hand in hand and caring for growth.
演讲结束后,南京外国语学校方山分校教研管理中心主任柳咏梅老师对班主任们的演讲进行了针对性的点评,让全体班主任受益匪浅。
After the speeches, Ms. Liu from the teaching and research management center of NFLSFC gave targeted feedback to the speakers. Not only did the speakers themselves benefit from this, the audience were also able to learn a great deal from it.
天景山中学王清老师的讲座《做一名“会讲故事”的班主任》分享了教育故事演讲的技巧和方法,给大家带来了不少启发和帮助。
Ms. Wang from Tianjingshan Middle School gave an inspiring speech entitled Being A Teacher Who Can Tell Stories. During her speech, Ms. Wang shared useful skills and methods about how to give a good “educational story” speech.
南京外国语学校方山分校李明艳老师关于家校共育的讲座也给全体班主任提供了很多关于家校合作的思路。
Ms. Li, from NFLSFC, gave a lecture full of many ideas about how schools and caregivers can cooperate in order to get the most out of students’ education.
在两个多小时的演讲、交流中,我们不仅看到了班主任老师临场应变的智慧与风采,也看到了他们的辛勤与付出,更感动于他们在平凡工作中的泪水与欢笑。演讲结束后,湖熟德育科研片潘晓春片长充分肯定了本次比赛组织有序和开展顺利,并赞扬了班主任老师们的精彩展示和个人魅力演讲。他希望大家能从这6位老师的故事中得到启发和收获。
During more than two hours of speeches and sharing ideas, we were able not only to see how thoughtful and considerate homeroom teachers must be, but also how hardworking they are. We were incredibly moved by their stories depicting the highs and lows of their work. After the speeches, Pan Xiaochun, the director of Hushu moral education research section, gave recognition to the smooth running and organization of the event. He also praised the homeroom teachers for having delivered such wonderful and charming speeches. He hopes everyone can be inspired by and gain something from these six teachers’ stories.
每一位老师都有一个精彩的故事,每一个故事背后都有一段动人的旋律。此次比赛的开展给老师们打造了追寻爱的教育平台,提升了教育教学智慧,促进了教师的自主成长。不仅展示了教师的精神风貌和个人风采,也为班主任相互学习、交流经验创造了良好机会,为进一步加强班主任队伍建设起到积极的促进作用。
Behind every teacher, lies a story; behind every story, lies a classroom. The contest created an educational platform for teachers to help each other, develop their knowledge of education and teaching practices and self-develop. The event was not only an opportunity to show the work of exemplary homeroom teachers, but also a forum for homeroom teachers to be able to learn from each other, share experiences and further promote team-building.
