第36届教师节,两节生动的研究课 ——南外本部邹正校长亲临南外方山分校深入课堂听课指导

秋色如画,金风送爽。9月10日,正值第36届教师节到来之际,南京外国语学校本部邹正校长深入我校初中教学一线,听取和指导了初三语文和化学的课堂教学。南京外国语学校方山分校朱善萍校长、周世东书记、李小福副校长也一起随堂听课。

The autumn scenery is picturesque and the breeze is cool. On September 10th, the 36th Teacher's Day, Zou Zeng, Principal of NFLS, observed lessons in NFLSFC Junior High, giving feedback on Grade 9 Chinese and chemistry. Principal Zhu Shanping, Secretary Zhou Shidong, and Vice Principal Li Xiaofu also attended the open classes.

 

诗歌是精神的氧气。胡悦老师讲授了诗人穆旦在昆明西南联大的大学时代所写的《我看》。课堂上,胡老师通过诵读帮助学生体会诗歌语言凝练、准确的特点,理解诗歌内容;通过对诗歌两部分的思辨帮助学生理解“看”与“思”的关系,体会诗人对大自然万物的赞美之情,感受生命的真谛;通过赏读学生诗歌作品激励同学们展开创作。胡老师在授课过程中充分结合“活动·探究”单元任务清单,实现单元整合教学,整个课堂气氛活跃,孩子们收获满满。

Poetry is important for spirit. Ms. Hu gave a demonstration class on "Enjoy the Scenery" written by Mu Dan in his college days at The National SouthWest Associated University. Ms. Hu helped the students understand the pithy and accurate words and the content of the poem through reading. She helped the students understand the relationship between "seeing" and "thinking" through critical thinking; thus the students could understand the poet's praise of nature and feel the true meaning of life. Ms. Hu also encouraged students to make their own poetry by sharing some students' poems. The lesson had a relaxed atmosphere and the students learned a lot, with Ms. Hu fully integrating the lesson .

氧气是生命的必须。陆周华老师讲授的是《制备氧气》。陆老师以抗“疫”过程中医疗急救的真实故事引出氧气制备的主题。授课过程中将实验室制氧气的原理、装置、步骤等知识点串联,让学生亲自动手制备氧气并对收集的氧气进行检验,以实验促教学,深化化学核心素养。陆老师通过在实验中加强学生对实验装置特点的分析及规范实验操作的理解,给人留下了深刻的印象。

Oxygen is essential for life. Mr. Lu gave a demonstration class on "the Preparation of Oxygen". Mr. Lu introduced the topic of oxygen preparation based on the real story of medical emergency during the coronavirus epidemic. He connected the knowledge points such as the principles, devices, and procedures of oxygen production in the laboratory and encouraged students to prepare and inspect the collected oxygen by themselves, promoting teaching with experiments and fulfilling core concepts of chemistry. Mr. Lu has left a deep impression by strengthening the students' understanding of the characteristics of the experimental device and standardizing the operation of the experiment.

在听课过程中,邹正校长认真记录,仔细观察教师教学的每一个环节、学生听课的每一个细节。听课结束后,他还与授课教师进行了深入的交流,为教师课堂改革及专业水平发展提出了宝贵的建议。

Principal Zou Zheng listened attentively and took detailed observation notes. After the classes, he also gave detailed feedback and specific guidance to the teachers, putting forward valuable suggestions for teaching reform and teachers' professional development.

专家引领明方向,听课评课促成长。通过专家指导、随堂听课、认真评课等一系列措施,南外方山分校坚持抓好课堂阵地,有效提升了教师们的专业素养和能力,促进教育教学质量迈向新台阶。

Experts lead the clear direction, and class observation promotes development. NFLSFC insisted on improving as teachers partake in professional development activities such as receiving guidance and feedback from senior-level teachers and conducting observations to pursue high quality educational outcomes and teaching practices.
