为促进学生全面发展，不断提升学生的体质健康水平，进一步推进阳光体育大课间活动。10月16日下午，南京外国语学校方山分校举行了第三届“阳光大课间”比赛活动。
On the afternoon of October 16th, NFLSFC held a series of competition as part of the third sports festival. The event was held in order to further encourage students to be physically active between classes. It is hoped that the event will also be a platform to show the students' healthy lifestyles and enhance the all-round development of students.

此次活动以班级为参赛单位，伴随着欢快而富有节奏音乐声，同学们着装整齐、口号嘹亮、精神饱满、斗志昂扬，一伸手，一抬腿，每一式都刚劲有力、整齐标准，规范的动作以及饱满的精神风貌，博得评委老师和同学们的啧啧赞叹，充分展现了南外方山分校学子朝气蓬勃、团结一致的精神风貌。
The students, dressed in uniform, shouted mottos and quickly took their positions for the competition. The participants were eager to display their talents, motivated by the rousing accompanying music, which reflected their energy and demonstrated their ability to work together. The audience and judges were astounded by the meticulous performances.
周世东书记充分肯定了此次阳光大课间比赛活动，认为此次活动热烈有序、精彩圆满，展现出了南外方山分校学子的青春活力、团结一致的精气神。周世东书记指出，近日，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校体育工作的意见》，这进一步强调了体育在中小学教育教学中的重要意义，把学校体育工作摆在更加突出位置。学校此次体育节安排了一系列精彩纷呈的活动，希望同学们要重视体育锻炼，乐享运动、增强体质、健全人格、锤炼意志；要在体育活动的过程中形成奋发向上、顽强拼搏、团结协作的意志品质；要带着今天的认真和热情投入到每日的阳光大课间活动中，努力成为德智体美劳全面发展的新时代好少年。
To conclude the event, Secretary Zhou Shidong gave a closing speech. He fully affirmed the Sunshine Sports Competition, saying that this event was well-organized to show students' energy and ability to work together. Secretary Zhou also pointed out that the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued a document entitled the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era", which further emphasized the importance of physical education in elementary and high school. He said our school has offered a series of exciting activities, hoping that students could pay more attention to physical exercise, enjoy sports, strengthen physical fitness and willpower. He hoped the students could be hard-working, united, cooperative and enthusiastic, striving to become moral, intelligent, healthy, astute and hard-working teenagers.

此次活动的开展进一步培养了同学们热爱体育、崇尚运动的健康观念和良好习惯，营造了阳光运动、积极锻炼的良好氛围。南京外国语学校方山分校在开齐开足体育课的基础上，不断创新阳光大课间体育活动内容，根据学生的身心特点，将Tabata等创新元素融入进了大课间体育活动，鼓励学生走向操场、走进大自然、走到阳光下，享受运动之美，让阳光体育运动惠及每一个学生。
This activity further raised the students' awareness of loving and enjoying sports, helped them to develop good habits, and created a good atmosphere of sunny exercise and active exercise.
