课堂是提高教学质量的主抓手,是教学常规管理的关键环节。10月14日,南京外国语学校方山分校教学管理中心联合教学督导中心、教育研究中心以及各教研组长、年级组长、备课组长开展“推门听课”活动,深入了解课堂教学。
The classroom is the "focus" of teaching practices and teaching routine management. On October 14, NFLSFC Teaching Management Center, Teaching Supervision Center, Education and Research Center, alongside other key members of staff including subject, grade, and lesson preparation group leaders developed a greater understanding of NFLSFC teachers' professional skills by observing classes.
活动当天,老师们精心准备、认真组织,呈现出了一节节精彩绝伦的课堂。学生们在老师的引导下,神采奕奕,聚精会神地听课,课堂和谐、生动、活泼又井然有序。老师时而板书,时而提问;学生们时而沉思,时而奋笔记录……如秋阳透过窗子洒进教室般的美好。
On the very day, the teachers carefully prepared, giving wonderful and engaging lessons. Under the guidance of the teacher, students were active and listening attentively. Beautiful blackboard designs, timely inspiration with students thinking and noting, it was as beautiful as the clear sunshine pouring into the classroom through the windows.
通过开展此次活动,教学管理中心、教学督导中心、教育研究中心更清晰地了解学校老师的课前准备和课堂组织情况;年级组长更好地了解本年级任课老师的备课、上课以及学生的听课等状态;教研组长、备课组长也能够更好地掌握老师对教研组、备课组计划的执行情况,从而为更加务实地开展下一阶段的工作提供有力的支撑。他山之石、可以攻玉,听课老师也多了一个互学互鉴、提高自己的机会。南外方山分校将继续坚持抓好课堂阵地,有效提升教师们的专业素养和能力,促进教育教学质量迈向新台阶。
The Teaching Management Center, Teaching Supervision Center and Education and Research Center had a clearer understanding of how teachers prepared before each lesson and how they arranged the classroom, as well as the students' performance during the classes. The subject and lesson preparation group leaders could also know the situation on implementing the teaching plan to provide greater support for the next phase of teaching.
