金秋十月迎盛会，方山健儿展英姿。10月23日，南京外国语学校方山分校举行第三届运动会，师生们奔向体育场，享受运动的乐趣，挥洒拼搏的汗水，在体育竞技中尽展风采。朱善萍校长、周世东书记、宋长杰副校长、李小福副校长、Martin副校长、陈礼斌副校长出席了活动。
On October 23rd, NFLSFC held the third sports day. NFLSFC teachers and students showed their talents and enjoyed the sports. Principal Zhu Shanping, Secretary Zhou Shidong, Vice Principal Song Changjie, Vice Principal Li Xiaofu, Vice Principal Martin, and Vice Principal Chen Libin attended the event.

伴随着激昂的音乐，南外方山分校第三届运动会拉开帷幕，国旗、校旗、会旗、啦啦操、裁判员等方阵陆续精彩亮相。随后，小学、初中和高中各学段方阵纷纷登场，把全场的氛围推向了高潮。同学们迈着整齐划一的步伐，喊着激昂有力的口号，在熠熠的晨光中昂首阔步、精彩演出，展现出了青春的风采。
The opening ceremony began with a parade. The student and staff participants marched with the first group of students holding the national flag, the second the school banner, followed by a group holding a red slogan banner for the sports day. The procession continued with a fencing unit, cheerleader unit, a gymnast unit, a aerobics athlete unit, a referee unit and a volunteer unit. Following this, the main body of the parade began, with each class from the primary school, junior high school and senior high school displaying their talents to the panel of judges. The students proceeded through the parade in an orderly fashion, with each class unit giving a vibrant and energetic performance.
宋长杰副校长为此次活动致辞，他指出，运动会是学校重大体育盛事，既是对学校体育水平的一次集中检验，更是学校素质教育、阳光体育活动的一次展示。希望同学们尽情在运动场上展现风采，团结拼搏、争创佳绩，力争取得竞赛成绩和精神文明的双丰收，在学校体育发展的扉页上谱写属于你们的辉煌篇章。
Vice Principal Song Changjie delivered a speech. He pointed out the importance of holding sports day, which is not only a test of our school's sports level but also can demonstrate our school's quality education and sunshine sports activities. He hoped that students would be able to show their talents, work as a team, have a positive attitude and do their very best to make excellent achievements in the competition.
高燃赛场勇争青春荣光
在沸腾的欢呼声中，各项比赛吹开号角。采蘑菇、袋鼠跳、套圈比准、短跑、接力跑、立定跳远接力、跳绳接力、仰卧起坐接力、引体向上接力、50米迎面跑接力……每一个项目、每一场比赛中，都能看到南外方山分校学子矫健的身姿，他们用速度与力量、毅力与勇气、奋斗与拼搏，展现了南外方山分校学子奋发向上、奋勇争先的精神风貌。
The sports began with delightful cheers. NFLSFC students took part in the games including picking mushrooms, kangaroo jumping, ringtoss, sprint, relay race, standing long jump, rope skipping, sit-ups, pull-ups and so on. By partaking in the games, students showed the good spirit of NFLSFC.
在秋日的暖阳里，本届运动会在孩子的欢声笑语中落下帷幕，一帧帧照片记录着运动员们精彩勃发的瞬间，昂扬的姿态淋漓尽致地展现了他们的风采。同学们，让我们延续运动会上的拼搏与奋斗精神，继续书写属于自己的精彩篇章。
