3月17日，南京外国语学校方山分校全体教职员工齐聚千人剧场，召开党史学习教育动员大会，引导全校广大党员和师生学史明理、学史增信、学史崇德、学史力行，做到学党史、悟思想、办实事、开新局。会议由学校党总支组织委员孙阳阳主持。
On March 17, NFLSFC held a mobilization meeting for the study of Party history in the school's lecture hall, aiming to guide the Party members, teachers and students to learn the history of the Party, to enhance the credibility of the Party, to understand and think, to do practical work, and to start a new business. 周世东书记作了题为《学党史、悟思想、办实事、开新局》的动员讲话。他指出，要提高政治站位，深刻认识党史学习教育的重大意义；要准确把握党史学习教育的主要内容，深刻铭记党百年奋斗历程；要立足学校实际，确保党史学习教育取得扎实成效。通过开展党史学习教育，全校广大党员和师生要做到学有所思、学有所悟、学有所得，坚定理想信念、永葆奋斗精神，奋力开创学校发展的新篇章。
Secretary Zhou Shidong gave an opening speech entitled "Learning the history of the Party, Understanding and thinking, Doing practical work, Starting a new business". He pointed out that it is necessary to remain in line with Party ideology and have a deep understanding of the significance of party history; it is necessary to know the content of the study of Party's history and remember the Party's centuries-old struggle; it's necessary to base on the school's reality to ensure teachers and students learn from Party's history. It's hoped that all Party members, teachers and students could learn a great deal from this activity to further strengthen their ideals and convictions, maintain the spirit of struggle and strive to create an even brighter future for our school.
周世东书记还为全校教职员工作了题为《致敬伟大的中国精神》的党史学习专题辅导讲座。讲座中，周世东书记用扎实丰富的理论和通俗易懂的语言，通过回顾党史、联系现实，带领全体教职员工重温了红船精神、井冈山精神、长征精神、延安精神、西柏坡精神、抗美援朝精神、“两弹一星”精神、大庆精神、雷锋精神、改革开放精神、女排精神、载人航天精神、抗疫精神、脱贫攻坚精神等中国共产党带领人民在百年奋斗历程中凝练出的精神丰碑，周世东书记着重讲解和阐述了红船精神。

Secretary Zhou used rich theories and easy-to-understand language to review the party history, leading all staff to relive the spirit of the Red Boat, the spirit of Jinggangshan, the spirit of the Long March, the spirit of Yan'an, the spirit of Xibaipo, and the spirit in War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, the spirit of "Two Bombs, One Satellite", the spirit of Daqing, the spirit of Lei Feng, the spirit of reform and opening up, the spirit of the Chinese National Women's Volleyball Team, the spirit of China's Manned Space Program, the spirit of fighting COVID-19, and the spirit of poverty alleviation. He stressed and elaborated on the spirit of the Red Boat.
周世东书记指出，伟大事业孕育伟大精神，伟大精神引领伟大事业。中国精神，支撑着中华民族从灾难中一次次顽强崛起，在挫折中一次次砥砺前行，中国精神，也必将鼓舞和激励我们为中华民族的伟大复兴而不懈奋斗！周世东书记强调，我们走在大道上，我们都是追梦人。现在的学生再过20多年，在迎来新中国成立100周年时，是实现“国家富强，民族振兴，人民幸福”“中国梦”的主力军。因此，要让学生们牢记“中华民族伟大复兴，绝不是轻轻松松、敲锣打鼓就能实现的”，新长征途中还将面临新的腊子口、泸定桥、台儿庄、上甘岭。但只要我们在中国精神的感召下，铭记“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”的历史使命，坚定“为中华崛起而读书”的理想信念，练就“可上九天揽月，可下五洋捉鳖”的过硬本领，就一定能够不辜负伟大的时代，不辜负这我们伟大的民族！
Secretary Zhou Shidong pointed out that a great cause breeds a great spirit, and a great spirit leads a great cause. The Chinese spirit has supported the Chinese nation to rise tenaciously from disasters and forge ahead. The Chinese spirit will also inspire us to make unremitting efforts for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation! Secretary Zhou Shidong emphasized that we are all dream catchers and the students will be the main force in realizing the "Chinese Dream" of "national prosperity, national rejuvenation and people's happiness" when celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of China. Therefore, students must keep in mind that "the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation cannot be achieved easily with gongs and drums." During the New Long March, students will also face new Lazikou, Luding Bridge, Taierzhuang, and Shangganling. But as long as we are inspired by the Chinese spirit, bear in mind the historical mission of "Everyone should be responsible for the prosperity of the country.", strengthen the belief of "studying for the rise of China", and be able to "clasp the moon in the Ninth Heaven and seize turtles deep down in the Five Seas", we will surely live up to the great era and our great nation!
2021年，是中国共产党建党100周年，是“十四五”开局之年，也是全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程开启之年。南外方山分校将以党史学习教育为契机，积极从党的光辉历史中汲取阔步前进的磅礴力量，坚守初心、勇担使命，攻坚克难、砥砺前行，奋力开启南外方山分校高品质发展的新征程。
The year 2021 will mark the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the start year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, and the beginning of a new journey to build a modern socialist country in all respects. NFLSFC will take this opportunity to learn from the glorious history of the Party, remain true to the original aspiration, continue the mission, overcome difficulties, forge ahead, pursuing its high quality development.
