让教育写作像自己、对上号、能识别 ——南京外国语学校方山分校开展校本研修培训

3月24日下午,南京外国语学校方山分校开展校本研修培训。江宁区教育科学研究室薛惠主任莅临我校做精彩讲座,全体教职员工参加培训。此次培训由教研管理中心李明杰副主任主持。

On the afternoon of March 24th, NFLSFC held a school-based training. Xue Hui, deputy director of Jiangning Education Research Bureau, visited our school to give a wonderful lecture to all NFLSFC staff. The event was presided over by Li Mingjie, deputy director of the Teaching and Research Management Center.

薛惠主任首先强调我们需要找到反思型教师的行走路径而其中教育写作应该是一条“金光大道”。薛主任的讲座分为四个板块,分别是:教育写作的本质教育写作各种文体的比较教育案例与教育论文写作的基本路径个人课题研究设计的常见问题。讲座中,薛主任细致地阐释了教育案例、教育叙事、教育论文等不同文体的区别和相应的写作方法,以几篇获奖文章和课题为例,详细解说了优秀教育写作作品背后的构思,扎实的研究实践,严谨规范的表达,给在座教师许多启发好的教育写作作品的共性是它们都有个性,用自己的话说自己的事,表达自己的思想,写出属于自己的东西,让教育写作像自己、对上号、能识别。

Director Xue Hui emphasized that we need to figure out how to become reflective teachers, and educational writing should be a golden road. Her speech included four aspects: the nature of educational writing, various styles of educational writing, the way of getting educational cases and educational essay writing, and the common problems of personal project research and design. Director Xue explained the differences between different styles such as educational cases, educational narratives, educational essays, and the writing methods. She also used several award-winning articles and projects to explain the ideas behind excellent educational writings, the research and practice, the rigorous and standardized expressions. Her speech was inspiring. The commonality of good educational writings is that they are distinctive. The authors use their own words to express themselves, and write their own things so that their educational writings can be identified. 

薛惠主任的讲座贴合实际、深入浅出,极富实用意义。希望南外方山的老师们能够汲取讲座营养,化为自身储备,在自身的教育写作之路上继续迈进!

Director Xue Huis lecture is practical, simple yet profound. We hope that our teachers can learn from the lecture, improve themselves and continue to make progress in educational writing!
