4月7日下午，南京外国语学校方山分校在千人剧场举行校本培训活动。本次活动是校级菜单讲座暨青年教师成长论坛的专场活动，科技高中语文教研组长刘士友老师作了题为“以课促教，以友助研——我的语文故事”的精彩讲座，全体教职员工参加培训。此次培训由教研管理中心主任柳咏梅老师主持。
On the afternoon of April 7, NFLSFC held a school-based training for all staff in the school’s lecture hall. This event involved a professional development workshop and school-level lecture. Liu Shiyou, leader of the Chinese Department in senior high, gave a wonderful lecture entitled “Boosting Skills And Learning From Each Other- My Chinese Story”. The event was presided over by Liu Yongmei, director of the Teaching and Research Management Center.
刘士友老师以生动的案例和幽默的语言，讲述了他从教以来的经历和体悟。从著名语文特级教师董一菲老师那里，他获得了“读书”二字箴言，明白了唯有多读书，才能将语文课上好；在自己的教育教学实践中，他深切地认识到任何时候，都要提前备课、充分准备，不打无准备之仗。刘老师分享了他多次赛课的经历，他强调了开课和赛课的重要性，这是一种全身心的投入，对提升教师自身的素养和能力起到了非常重要的作用。
Mr. Liu used a variety of real-life examples and humour to talk about his experience and insights. He learned from Dong Yifei,a renowned senior Chinese teacher, that reading more helps to teach Chines well. Mr. Liu said teachers should be prepared for each class plan lessons meticulously. He shared his experience and emphasized the importance of delivering demonstration class and participating in competitions. He said this was a kind of devotion, which had played a very important role in improving teachers’ professional skills.
“以文会友拓视野”——刘士友老师分享了他的语文朋友圈。通过教研活动、中华语文网的平台、以及自己坚持写作等方式，刘老师交到了一群可神交的“语文挚友”，认识了许多术业有专攻的“学术大咖”，其中包括全国著名特级教师余映潮老师、黑龙江省教研员李树泽老师、湖南省吴同和教授、吉林省教研员张玉新教授等。刘老师表示，教师在教育教学的实践中要多反思，多写文章，这是打开语文专业朋友圈的最好方法。语文人是热情的，但朋友更多还是以志同道合，旗鼓相当为前提的，惟有多读书提高自己，沉淀自己，才能让自己有更好的资本去交朋友。刘老师生动的讲述，不仅给在场老师带来许多欢笑，也带来不少有益的思考，尤其是对青年教师来说，这样的经历分享是很有借鉴和学习意义的。
Mr. Liu shared his Weixin moments- “Broadening horizons with friends”. He made close friends by attending workshops, surfing Internet and writing. Those teachers, including Yu Yingchao, a famous highly-qualified and talented Chinese teacher, Li Shuze, a teacher and researcher in Heilongjiang province, Professor Wu Tonghe, and Professor Zhang Yuxin, a teacher and researcher in Jilin province, specialize in their profession. Mr. Liu suggested reflecting and writing more,which is the best way to promote professional development. Chinese people are enthusiastic; but making friends is based on the premise that they are like-minded and well-matched. Only by reading more to improve ourselves can we make friends those outstanding teachers. Mr. Liu’s speech was both inspiring and educational and helped to boost early-career teachers’ professional skills.
周世东书记作了精彩的讲话，他指出，听着刘士友老师娓娓道来的十年从教经历和成长过程，让我们感触良多，深受启发。周书记说，刘老师以文会友，用好“朋友圈”资源，助力自己的专业发展。其实南外方山分校已经汇聚了一大批来自五湖四海的优秀教职员工，学校的教师队伍就是一个有着共同愿景的发展 “共同体”。今天刘老师的分享就是一次共同学习交流和整体提升，只要大家齐心协力、共同发力，就定能做到“在一起，走更远”；周书记十分认同刘老师讲座中提到的关于教学反思的重要性，他说，教学反思是教师由“经验型”向“科研型”转变的必修课，是教师专业发展和自我成长的核心力量，所谓“学而不思则罔，思而不学则殆”，尤其是对青年教师而言，更要学会在反思中成长。周书记希望老师们要能够“俯下身”，用悦读点燃从教的激情；“弯下腰”，把美好送到孩子的掌心；“抬起头”，用课改优化教育教学行为。要在教育教学的实践中坚持做到培根铸魂、启智润心，为党育人、为国育才。
Secretary Zhou Shidong delivered a wonderful speech. He was impressed by Mr. Liu’s teaching experience and noted that Mr. Liu made good use of Weixin to boost his professional development. He said there are outstanding staff in NFLSFC and the teachers are constantly pursuing their development, and this school-based training was a platform for sharing and development. Secretary Zhou said that as long as we work together, we will be able to achieve more together. He agreed with Mr. Liu’s opinion that reflection was important. Secretary Zhou said that teaching reflection is a compulsory course for teachers to change from “experience-based” to “scientific research-based”, and is the core force for teachers’ professional development and self-growth. Just as the saying goes,“learning without thinking is nothing; thinking without learning is perilous”; early-career teachers must learn to grow on reflection. Secretary Zhou hopes that teachers will persist in inspiring wisdom, nurturing people for the party, and nurturing talents for the country in teaching practices. Teachers must “bend down” and have great passion for teaching; they must “bend down” to send beautiful things to students; they must “look up” to optimize the teaching practices with curriculum reform.
以课促教，以友助研。此次的校级菜单讲座暨青年教师成长论坛活动为校本培训开创了新的方式和平台，希望南外方山分校的每位教师都能够在自己专业发展的道路上越走越远，越走越好！
This workshop created a new way and platform for school-based training. We hope NFLSFC’s staff will continue on their path of professional development!
