百年征程波澜壮阔，百年初心历久弥坚。4月14日下午，南京外国语学校方山分校党史学习教育专题报告会在千人剧场举行。南京诚明书院徐洪磊院长为南外方山分校全体教职员工带来了题为“不忘初心跟党走，继续前行做先锋”的专题报告。报告会由学校党总支宣传委员陈礼斌副校长主持。
The hundred-year journey has been magnificent, and the hundred-year aspiration has grown stronger and stronger. On the afternoon of April 14, NFLSFC held an event for the study of Party history in the school’s lecture hall. Dean Xu Honglei of Nanjing Cheng Ming Shu Yuan gave a special report entitled “Remain true to our original intentions to follow the Party; Continue to move forward as pioneers” to all NFLSFC staff. Vice Principal Chen Libin, representative of the Publicity Committee, hosted the meeting.

报告会上，徐洪磊院长围绕“珍惜和平、感恩祖国”“筚路蓝缕、苦难辉煌”“开天辟地、换了人间”“不忘初心、人民至上”等方面，运用鲜活的历史故事、详实的历史数据、感人的英雄事迹，为南外方山分校全体教职员工生动再现、深情回顾了中国共产党带领人民走过的百年光辉历程。他指出，中国共产党之所以能够历经风雨依然保持蓬勃生机，始终站在时代潮头引领人民前行，成功之道和制胜法宝在于中国共产党有强大的领导能力、中国共产党有科学理论的指导、中国共产党有人民群众的支持。学习历史是为了总结经验，把握历史规律，增强开拓前进的勇气和力量。他强调，要通过学习党史，增强历史自觉，保持战略定力，筑牢信仰之基，坚守为党育人、为国育才的初心使命，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦不懈奋斗。
Dean Xu Honglei used vivid historical stories, detailed historical data and touching heroic deeds to focus on “cherishing peace and being grateful to the motherland”, “suffering from hardships; misery and glory”, “pioneering and changing the world”, “staying true to our original aspiration and putting people first”. He vividly and affectionately reviewed the glorious course of the past one hundred years under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. He pointed out that the Communist Party of China has been able to withstand the wind and rain to remain vigorous, and has always stood at the forefront of the times to lead the people forward. The success lies in the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China, the guidance of the scientific theory and the support of the people. The purpose of studying history is to sum up experience, grasp the laws of history, and boost courage and strength to forge ahead. He emphasized that by studying the history of the Party, we should enhance historical consciousness, maintain strategic determination, build the foundation of faith, adhere to the original mission of educating people for the Party and the country, and fulfill the Chinese dream and be a part of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

徐院长的报告立意高远、主题鲜明、事例详实，既有理论上的高度，又有实践上的指导，循序渐进、娓娓道来，让全体与会老师对百年恢弘党史有了更为深入地了解，也在百年红色史诗中坚定了如磐初心。
Dean Xu’s report has a lofty intention, a clear theme, and real-life examples. It provided both theoretical guidance and practical guidance, allowing all the attendees to have a deeper understanding of the grand history of the Party and confirming their original aspiration in the century-old Red Epic.
整场讲座精彩纷呈、气氛热烈，与会教师纷纷表示，将以党史学习教育为契机，积极从党的光辉历史中汲取阔步前进的磅礴力量，学史明理、学史崇德、学史增信、学史力行，把学习成效转化为工作动力和实效，把党史中的宝贵经验传授给更多学生，让学生知史爱党、知史爱国，为学生成为社会主义建设者和接班人打下思想基础，真正做到立德树人，为南外方山分校高品质发展贡献力量。
The lecture was a great success. NFLSFC’s staff will take this opportunity to help NFLSFC to continue developing and improving. The attendees agreed to learn from the glorious history of the Party, enhance the credibility, understand and think, do practical work and impart knowledge about the Party’s history, so that students can know the history of the Party and love the country and have the ideological foundation to become builders and proponents of socialism.
报告会结束后，徐洪磊院长与校领导们围绕党史学习教育、爱国主义教育等方面进行了热烈地交流研讨，并签名赠书。
After the meeting, Dean Xu Honglei and the school leaders communicated and discussed about the education of the Party history and patriotic education, and he signed books as gifts.
