Strengthen our bodies and climb the mountain, keep the mission in mind and move forward courageously. From April 29th to 30th, each section of NFLSFC carried out a series of social practice activities, allowing students to walk out of campus to explore, practice, harvest and grow.

南外方山分校小学一年级的同学们走进方山国家地质公园，亲近自然，感受着春天的气息。和煦的阳光、清新的空气、盛开的百花……同学们在方山寻找着春天的气息；感受着春天的变化；畅游在大自然的怀抱里。
The first-grade students of NFLSFC visited the Fangshan National Geological Park to get close to nature and feel the breath of spring. Gentle sunshine, fresh air, blooming flowers... The students felt the changes of spring and enjoyed themselves in the embrace of nature.
体验科技魅力，走向精彩远方。南外方山分校小学二、三年级的同学们来到了南京市科技馆进行参观学习。活动中，丰富多彩的科技展示让孩子们大饱眼福，更激发了同学们学习的热情和兴趣。同学们还在老师们的带领下亲身体验了科技的神奇，在变幻无穷的科技世界里畅游无限，收获满满。
Experience the charm of science and technology, and move towards a wonderful future. The students from the second and third grades of NFLSFC Primary School visited the Nanjing Science and Technology Museum. During the visiting, the colorful display of science and technology allowed the children to feast their eyes and open their minds. This also stimulated the enthusiasm and interest of the students in learning. Under the guidence of the teachers, the students experienced the magic of science and technology and enjoyed unlimited travel in the ever-changing world of science and technology.

登高揽胜，励志壮怀。南外方山分校初中学段的同学们沐浴春风，满怀期待与憧憬，走进溧水无想山风景区，沿着山路，一路前行。活动中，同学们挥洒着汗水，迸发出青春的力量，每一步的前行都坚实有力。山路虽然漫长，却阻挡不了南外方山分校学子们跨出属于自己的坚定步伐。
Bathed in the spring breeze and full of expectation and longing, the students from the junior high school section of the NFLSFC entered the Wuxiang Mountain Scenic Area in Lishui. During the activity, the students sweated and burst out the power of youth, and every step forward was solid and powerful. Although the mountain road is long, it can't stop the students of NFLSFC from taking their own firm steps.

最美人间四月天。溧水无想山风景区里校旗、班旗随风飘扬，南外方山分校高一的同学们与两旁树木花草组成了动态的巨幅画卷，成为春日里别样的美景。行进途中，同学们互相扶持、相互打气、彼此坚持，在亲近自然的同时，锻炼身体、磨炼意志、陶冶情操。
The most beautiful scenery in the world is the spring day. The school and class flags in the Wuxiangshan Scenic Area of Lishui are fluttering with the wind. The 10th grade students of the NFLSFC form a beautiful picture scroll with the trees and flowers on both sides, becoming a different kind of beauty in spring. During the journey, the students supported, encouraged, and persisted in each other. While getting close to nature, they exercised their bodies, tempered their will, and cultivated their sentiments.
千里之行，始于足下。实践是最好的课堂，同学们在此次实践活动中都有所学、有所思，相信南外方山分校的学子们定会将这些丰硕的社会实践成果带回校园，在奋斗前行的道路上继续挥洒汗水，坚持不懈，描绘出绚烂多彩的青春画卷。
The thousand miles begins with a single step. Practice is the best lesson and all the students have learned and thought a lot from this practice activity. It is believed that the students of NFLSFC will bring these fruitful social practice results back to campus and work hard, continuing to sweat and persevere on the road to depict a colorful picture of youth.
