不忘初心担使命，凝心聚力书新篇。5月19日下午，初夏之际，南京外国语学校方山分校全体教职员工齐聚千人剧场，召开了2020—2021学年第二学期期中总结大会。会议由校务管理中心主任石城主持。
“Remain true to our original intentions to take responsibility, work together to write new chapters”. On May 19th, NFLSFC held a mid-term meeting in the school’s lecture hall. The event was presided over by Mr. Shi, director of the School Management Center.
会上，朱善萍校长做了题为“品格·品质·品德·品味”的期中总结报告。报告伊始，朱善萍校长用图片、数据和文字等方式深情回顾了本学期开学至今全体教职员工兢兢业业、辛勤耕耘的努力付出和收获的累累硕果。
Principal Zhu Shanping gave a mid-term summary report entitled Character·Quality·Morality·Taste. To begin the report, Principal Zhu Shanping showed a variety of images, data and words to present work undertaken by staff since the beginning of this term.
随后，朱善萍校长还从办学宗旨、教育的历史方位、方山的历史方位、方山的发展历程、铸就中国灵魂、拓宽世界胸怀、破解发展难题、明确价值定位、思考创新战略、学习中国精神、凝练方山精神、建构实践体系、重视优势探索、改变育人方式、洋溢时代精神、撬动提升支点等方面与全体教职员工分享了有关学校未来发展的深入思考，为接下来学校工作的重点指明了方向。
Then, Principal Zhu Shanping talked about NFLSFC’s educational approach, the historical position of education, the historical position of Fangshan, the development of Fangshan, the creation of the Chinese soul, broadening the global vision, solving development problems, clarifying value positioning, thinking about innovation strategies, and learning Chinese spirit, condensing the Fangshan spirit, constructing a practical system, attaching importance to the exploration of advantages, changing the way of educating people, having the spirit of times, and leveraging the promotion of fulcrum. She shared her ideas about the future development with all staff and clarified a working plan for teachers to create a better campus.
最后，朱善萍校长寄语全体教职员工，她希望大家携手同行、俯首耕耘、静待花开，让孩子们在南外方山分校诗意栖居、幸福地学习和创造！
To conclude her presentation, Principal Zhu Shanping stressed that all staff should continue working hard and letting our students flourish and live in our beautiful school!

The mid-term summary meeting showed how much we have achieved since the beginning of the semester. When moving forwards, we must also be sure to remain confident and stay true to our original intentions. The meeting marks the beginning of the new journey. We believe that NFLSFC’s teachers will work together and move forward to continue creating an even brighter future for our school!
