重视能力,强化素养 ——江宁区统编初中语文教材教学观摩研讨活动在南外方山分校举行

从语文要素走向语文能力,是语文教学的最终目标。如何充分发挥教材的价值、如何在阅读教学中强化学生的能力训练,江宁区教研室开展了专题研讨活动。5月20日下午,江宁区教研室主办的统编初中语文教材教学观摩研讨活动在南外方山分校千人剧场举行。

Going from Chinese elements to Chinese ability is the ultimate goal of Chinese teaching. Based on how to give full play to the value of textbooks and how to strengthen students' ability training in reading teaching, Jiangning District Teaching and Research Office launched special seminars. On the afternoon of May 20th, the Jiangning District Teaching and Research Office hosted a seminar on the teaching and learning of Chinese teaching materials for junior high schools in the Thousand People Theater of NFLSFC.

本次研讨活动包括观摩课、微讲座和研讨交流三个议程。

The seminar activities included three parts: observation classes, micro-lectures, and seminars and exchanges.

 

 

 

观摩课的第一节课是七年级张春晓老师执教《伟大的悲剧》。张老师在铺垫了作者、文体知识和字词积累后,用微文写作的创新形式训练学生整体把握文本内容,集中训练学生的感知力和表达力;接着引导学生们从“理解悲剧”和“感悟伟大”两个角度品味斯科特一行探险的具体过程和历史意义,并利用斯科特日记和茨威格作传的对比带领学生进一步体会文体特征,最后以“这是一场伟大的悲剧”收束了全课。整节课板块鲜明、重点突出、重视能力训练。

The first lesson of the observation class is the seventh grade Mrs. Zhang Chunxiao teaching The Great Tragedy. After paving the way for the author, stylistic knowledge and word accumulation, Mrs. Zhang used the innovative form of micro-text writing to help students grasp the content of the text as a whole, focusing on training students' perception and expression; then Mrs. Zhang guided students from "understanding tragedy" and "appreciate the greatness" to learn the process and historical significance of Scott’s expedition and used the comparison between Scott’s diary and Zweig’s biography to lead the students to further appreciate the stylistic features. Finally, Mrs. Zhang concluded the whole class with “this is a great tragedy”. The whole lesson has clear sections, prominent focus, and specific emphasis on ability training.

 

 

 

 

第二节课是八年级佘亚萍老师带来的《壶口瀑布》。课堂伊始,佘老师展现了壶口瀑布的实况视频,让学生感受了瀑布的宏伟、湍急,接下来便以诗歌活动展开全课的学习:理解一款篇章结构、积累一些精美詞語、欣赏一种写景手法、背诵一个哲理语段,呈现了一节思路清晰、重点突出、语言精炼的课堂。

The second class is "Hukou Waterfall" taught by Mrs. She Yaping from Grade Eight. At the beginning of the class, Mr. She showed a live video of the Hukou Waterfall, allowing students to feel the magnificence of the waterfall, and then started the whole lesson with poetry activities: understanding the structure of a chapter, accumulating some exquisite words, and appreciating one scenery writing techniques and recitation of a philosophical passage, presenting a clear-thinking, focused, and refined class.

 

 

 

 

微讲座环节,第一场是吴伊芳老师的“巧用助读资料、落实能力训练”。吴老师的讲座首先梳理了部编版教材中课文的助读资料,解读了多篇课文助读资料包含的能力点,如《驿路梨花》《伟大的悲剧》《社戏》《诗经》《核舟记》《回延安》等,并介绍了巧用助读资料训练能力的多个课例,有著名特级教师余映潮老师的《假如生活欺骗了你》,肖培东老师的《一棵小桃树》,也有校内语文组老师们的成功课例,如陈婉茹老师的《登勃朗峰》,凌青老师的《梦回繁华》等。最后,吴老师做了小结:巧用助读资料、丰富语言积累、落实能力训练、提升综合素养。吴老师的讲座通过梳理和分析助读资料的内容、价值与运用,给老师们很多启发。

In the micro-lecture session, the first one was "Skillful Use of Reading Aid Materials and Implementation of Ability Training" by Mrs. Wu Yifang. Mrs. Wu first sorted out the reading aid materials in the textbooks, and interpreted the ability points contained in many text aid materials, such as " Pear Flowers By Post Road ", "Great Tragedy", "Social Opera", "Shi Jing", and "The Nut Boat", "Return to Yan'an", etc., and introduced a number of examples of skillful use of reading aids to train the ability, such as "If Life Deceives You" by the famous Chinese teacher Yu Yingchao, and "A Little Peach Tree" by Xiao Peidong, as well as lessons from the teachers in the language group of the school, such as "Climbing Mont Blanc" by Mrs. Chen Wanru, "Dream Back to Prosperity" by Mrs. Ling Qing and so on. Finally, Mr. Wu made a summary: clever use of reading aid materials, enriching language accumulation, implementing ability training, and improving comprehensive literacy in class were improtant. By combing and analyzing the content, Mrs. Wu’s lecture inspired teachers a lot.

 

 

 

柳咏梅老师的微讲座内容是:利用课文训练阅读能力的基本路径。柳老师首先剖析了阅读的六个“能力点”,即牢固的记忆力、敏锐的感知力、准确的理解力、多元的判断力、良好的表达力和理性的思辨力。接着从备课角度,分析了利用课文训练阅读能力的基本路径,她提出在备课的过程中,要独立解读课文,同时关注助读资料;发现“这一篇”课文的独特处;深挖课文可用于训练的能力点;整合能力点,找准角度做教学设计。强调一定要立足课堂集体训练;要持之以恒,重视读写结合、融通训练。柳老师以《怀疑与学问》为例,与现场的老师们从能力点的发现和训练能力的角度解读了此文,并分享了她的教学设计。为老师们呈现了一个角度独特的教学创意。

The content of Mrs. Liu Yongmei's micro-lecture focused on the basic path of using texts to train reading ability. Mrs. Liu first analyzed the six "ability points" of reading, which are, strong memory, keen perception, accurate understanding, multiple judgments, good expression and rational thinking. Then, from the perspective of lesson preparation, she analyzed the basic path of using texts to train reading ability. She proposed that in the process of preparing lessons, we should interpret the texts independently while paying attention to the reading aid materials; discover the uniqueness of "this one" text; dig deeper into the text to find the points available for the reading training; integrate the ability points and find the correct angle for teaching design. It is emphasized that teachers must focus on collective training in the classroom, persevere the training, attach importance to the combination of reading and writing, and accommodating training. Using "Doubt and Learning" as an example, Mrs. Liu interpreted this article from the perspective of ability point discovery and training ability with the teachers and shared her teaching design, presenting a unique teaching creativity for teachers.

交流讨论环节,来自各校的老师们积极发言,不仅对两节课进行了点评,更结合知识点与能力点在个人教学过程中的实际运用做分享,其中周岗中学陈红梅老师分享的教学策略很有启发。

In the exchange and discussion session, teachers from each school actively shared their comments on the two classes and the practical application of knowledge and ability points in the personal teaching process. Among them, the teaching strategy shared by Chen Hongmei from Zhougang Middle School was very enlightening.

 

 

 

 

活动最后,江宁区初中语文教研员彭启生主任对此次活动做了点评和总结。彭主任首先介绍了此次活动的背景和意义;他强调了情境和任务的重要性,并以第一节课的微文写作为例,分析了该活动所体现的任务驱动、阅读方法指导、指令清晰。彭主任结合具体教学案例剖析了如何将六个能力和教学活动设计一一对应起来,认为教师需要将知识与指令很好地结合,最终指向能力训练;如果教师的意识不强可能会导致文本资源的浪费。他以文言文翻译为例,强调了翻译更注重对实词、句式、情景的表达,因此务必要在实词、虚词的基础上,多次训练翻译,要让学生自我尝试,在探究中得到训练。

At the end of the event, director Peng Qisheng, a junior high school language teaching and researcher in Jiangning District, commented and concluded the event. Director Peng first reiterated the background and significance of this activity. He emphasized the importance of the situation and the task, and took the micro-text writing in the first lesson as an example to analyze the task-driven, reading method guidance, clear instructions and reading methods embodied in the activity. Based on specific teaching cases, Director Peng analyzed how to link the six abilities to the design of teaching activities one by one. He believed that teachers need to combine knowledge and instructions well, and ultimately point to ability training; if the teacher’s consciousness is not strong, it may be a waste of the text resources. He took classical Chinese translation as an example and emphasized that translation pays more attention to the expression of content words, sentence patterns, and context. Therefore, it is necessary to train translations on the basis of content words and function words, so that students should try themselves and be trained in inquiry.

此次活动充分展示了南外方山分校初中语文组教师们科学的教学理念、良好的教学素养。不论是观摩课还是微讲座,都引发老师们深入研究如何充分发挥教材的价值、如何在阅读教学中强化学生的能力训练。相信老师们将进一步立足课堂,不断夯实教育教学能力,为打造高质量课堂而不懈努力

This activity fully demonstrated the scientific teaching concepts and good teaching qualities of the teachers in the Chinese group of the junior high school of the NFLSFC. Whether it is an observation class or a micro-lecture, teachers have aroused in-depth research on how to give full play to the value of teaching materials and how to strengthen students' ability training in reading teaching. It is believed that teachers will further focus on the classes, continue to consolidate their educational and teaching capabilities, and make unremitting efforts to create high-quality Chinese classes.
