6月2日下午，南京外国语学校方山分校党史学习教育专题报告会在千人剧场举行。江宁区委宣讲团成员、江宁区委党史办俞有利教授莅临南外方山分校，为全体高中的同学以及初中入团积极分子和教职员工带来了一场精彩的专题讲座。报告会由学校党总支组织委员孙阳阳主持。
On the afternoon of June 2, NFLSFC held an event for party history learning and education. Professor Yu Youli, a member of the Jiangning District Party Committee’s Propaganda Group and the Jiangning District Committee’s Party History Office, visited NFLSFC and gave a wonderful special lecture to all senior high school students, activists of League application and all NFLSFC staff. The event was presided over by Sun Yangyang, representative of the Organization Committee.
报告会上，俞教授以《百年风雨兼程，铸就宏图伟业》为题，运用大量鲜活的历史事例、细致详实的历史数据、感人至深的英雄事迹，从“为什么会诞生中国共产党；中国共产党为什么能夺取政权；中国为什么能成为全球第二；改革开放和新时代取得的伟大成就；中国共产党百年发展的成功经验与启示”五个方面，生动讲述了中国共产党走过的百年光辉历程和取得的辉煌成就，系统地阐明了没有共产党就没有新中国；没有共产党就没有改革开放的伟大成就；没有共产党就没有今天的幸福生活。他指出，一部中国共产党的历史，就是一部在理论与实践中不断推进马克思主义中国化的历史；也是为中华民族的独立、解放、繁荣，为中国人民的自由、民主、幸福不断奋斗的历史；更是一部始终坚持自我完善进步，保持发展的马克思主义政党先进品质的历史。他强调，要通过学习党史，增强历史自觉，保持战略定力，筑牢信仰之基，坚守为党育人、为国育才的初心使命，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦不懈奋斗。
Professor Yu used many vivid historical examples, meticulous and detailed historical data, and touching heroic deeds to give the report entitled “A Hundred Years of Hardship to Make Great Achievements”. He talked about five aspects: why the Communist Party of China was born, why the Communist Party of China can seize power, why China can become the world’s second largest country, achievements of reform and opening up in the new era, the successful experience and enlightenment of the 100-year development of the Communist Party of China. He vividly talked about the glorious course and achievements of the Communist Party of China and systematically illustrated that there would be no new China without the Communist Party of China; there would be no great achievements in reform and opening up without the Communist Party of China; there would be no happy life. He pointed out that the history of the Communist Party of China is a history of continuously promoting the sinicization of Marxism in theory and practice; it is also the history of the continuous struggle for the independence, liberation and prosperity of the Chinese nation and for the freedom, democracy and happiness of the Chinese people. It is also a history of the advanced quality of the Marxist political party that has always adhered to self-improvement and progress. He emphasized that by studying party history, teachers should enhance historical awareness, maintain strategic determination, lay a solid foundation of faith, remain true to original aspiration of educating students for the party and the country, and make unremitting efforts to fulfill the Chinese dream and be a part of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
俞教授的报告立意高远、激情澎湃，让全体与会师生对百年恢弘党史有了更为深入地认识，赢得了阵阵掌声。南外方山分校全体师生将继续深入开展党史学习教育，从百年党史中汲取前行的力量，坚持做到学史明理、学史增信、学史崇德、学史力行，以优异的成绩迎接建党一百周年，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦贡献力量。
Professor Yu’s gave a lofty and passionate speech, letting all attendees gain a better understanding of the centuries-old party history. His talk received much applause from the audience. NFLSFC’s teachers and students will continue to learn the history of the Party, learn from the century-old Party history, and insist on enhancing the credibility of the history of the Party, and doing practical work so as to celebrate the centenary of the founding of the Party with outstanding achievements, and to fulfill the Chinese dream and be a part of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
