My name is Lamia, I am 31 years old, the only girl in a three brothers family. My parents were high government officials which luckily allowed me to have a comfortable and easy life. I’m passionate about reading and world cuisine.
I studied foreign languages in high school and after that I decided to study literature at university (with a teaching specialty), where I met my husband and decided to move to China for a completely different experience. I have always dreamed of having a job in the education field. I started teaching online which helped for a smooth integration with Chinese people. After three years of teaching online, I felt the need to have real contact with my students and I enjoyed it.
China now has become my second home for almost six years, it’s the country where my son was born and where I realized one of my dreams.

高中时期我学习了几门外语，后选择在大学攻读文学（主修教学）。大学时期，我遇到了我的丈夫，决定一同前往中国体验不一样的人生经历。我一直希望自己能从事教育行业。起初我主要负责线上教学课程，这份工作让我学会了如何与中国人共事合作。坚持了三年后，我觉得有必要和学生进行面对面真正的接触了。事实证明，我非常享受师生面对面交流的教学过程。
目前，我来中国已经六年多了，中国已然成为了我的第二故乡，这是我儿子出生的地方，也是我梦想成真的地方。
